a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with care and understanding. I am a Pre-Accredited Member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, and I strictly adhere to their professional code of ethics.
My work is grounded in Person-Centred Therapy, where I offer a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space built on empathy, authenticity, and trust. I also integrate insights from psychodynamic therapy and Jungian perspectives, with an interest in unconscious processes, patterns, and meaning-making. Alongside mindfulness and compassion-focused approaches to tailor each session to your unique needs.
