Counselling and Psychotherapy Services

Victoria Blackmore

Hi, I’m Victoria

I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist based in Portmarnock, Co Dublin. I work with adults who may be feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, grieving, experiencing relationship difficulties or stuck in patterns they do not fully understand yet.

You may feel anxious for no clear reason, flat and disconnected, or easily overwhelmed.

Therapy offers a steady, confidential space to pause and make sense of what is happening. Together, we look at what is happening now, and gently explore where some of these patterns may have begun.

My approach is thoughtful and grounded. There is no pressure to fix everything quickly. Instead we work at a pace that feels manageable, building insight and meaningful change over time.

I hold a BSc in Counselling & Psychotherapy and a diploma in Jungian Psychology. I am a Pre-Accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and adhere to their professional code of ethics. I engage in ongoing supervision to ensure safe and ethical practice.
